Toowoomba Venue for Conference Catering

In April 2019, CCP | Your Catering People catered for the 4-day Australian Society of Sugar Cane Technologists Limited Conference. Furthermore, the conference was held in Toowoomba at the USQ Refectory. Our beautiful venue. Notably, 330 guests from around the world attended.

Event Caterer with heart

CCP | Your Catering People provided catering and event management. Concluding with a beautiful gala dinner. Accordingly, the gala event was held at CCP | Your Catering People’s Toowoomba venue, the USQ Refectory. Thus, Adam Archer (the CCP | Your Catering People Operations Manager & Executive Chef) created a bespoke Italian menu.

The gala menu featured traditional Italian dishes. For example, the gorgeous eggplant parmigiana pictured below. Not only this but also Tender Roast Pork with crackling. As well as delicious dessert plates. Plus the dessert plates featured house-made cannoli, profiteroles and more.

Notably, the event included live music performances. The entertainment included the Toowoomba Concert Orchestra (Conductor: Matthew Henry). As well as Melinda Janetzki (Soprano) and David Kidd (Tenor). What is more, the MC for the event was Belinda Sanders (ABC Southern Queensland).

Collaboration is key

• As well as the beautiful awards presentation & closing Gala Dinner.
