Catering People has designed four options for you, our valued client, to choose from this Christmas. Canapés, Platters, a Two-Course Lunch, or a Seated Dinner. Preference of one, two, or three courses available for the Seated Dinner.

Christmas Party Canapes
Whether you’re planning for an intimate affair or a larger group, canapés are perfect for festive soirées. This option allows your guests to walk around and mingle, as delicious hot and cold canapés are circulated by our friendly, attentive staff. Pair with our Christmas themed cocktails and mocktails to make your party a hit! For some added swank, encourage a Black Tie dress code with prizes for best-dressed.
Platters
If you’re after something with more of a relaxed feel, platters delight with a sense of casualness. Cheese to fruit, sausage rolls to mini-burgers, choose from our ten mouth-watering selections. Ideal for people to graze, or help themselves as they please. Don’t forget to add on a drinks package, such as our basic option which includes beer, cider and wine. Your venue doesn’t have a bar? We can do a pop-up bar for any party!
Two-Course Lunch
Catering People’s Two-Course Lunch is an especially great choice for anyone who feels it’s hard to squeeze everything into that hectic holiday timetable. An alternative drop menu– mains feature Honey Glazed Ham, Crispy Skin Chicken Breast, Grilled Rump Steak, and Mushroom Risotto. Followed by alternative drop dessert of Pavlova, Plum Pudding, Sticky Date, and a Seasonal Fruit Plate.
Seated Dinner
The Seated Dinner has more of a formal feel to it. Your choice of one, two, or three courses. Our alternative drop menu also gives you variation. Thinking of something more family-friendly, that doesn’t go too late? Get the kids to bed on time with our one-course option. Don’t fancy dessert? Instead, choose two courses with an entrée and main. Looking for a food-focused evening? Three courses let you do this. Also perfect for those who want to include speeches or awards between meals.

Catering People can help. We have rooms that can be booked for your Toowoomba Christmas party. Three fantastic function spaces with a special Christmas room hire fee.
What Christmas party is complete though without a theme or activity for the night? Our favourites include the Ugly Christmas Sweater, a White Elephant Pressie Exchange, or a Christmas Photo Booth. We also love Christmas Cookie Decorating for a family-friendly alternative.
