Home Delivery Options

Given the exceptional circumstances we currently face, you may wish to order home-delivered or delivery to your office. Accordingly, CCP has and always will offer delivery of our Catering Package. As a result of the current situation, we are looking into providing delivery of our full range through food delivery apps. In order to assist anyone in our community who needs it. From the World Food, Salad Bar, Grab & Go as well as the USQ Uni Bar menu. We are also looking into family packs. Please watch this space for further information.

COVID-19 & CCP | Your Catering People

The current climate surrounding the COVID-19 Virus is one of uncertainty. On behalf CCP | Your Catering People team our customer and team wellbeing and safety are our utmost priority. Now and always.

Furthermore, CCP is closely monitoring the global situation and actively taking steps to mitigate the impact and spread of COVID-19. Above all, we value the trust and loyalty invested in CCP | Your Catering People by our customers. And we are working together to answer any queries.

Safeguarding Customers

CCP | Your Catering People continue to uphold the highest Food Safety and Hygiene. Markedly CCP, alongside Aurora Training Institute, developed an ongoing Food Safety Course. Thus CCP staff undertake refreshers throughout the year. With this in mind, CCP staff have been briefed on the latest information. Also, while strictly adhering to advice from both the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Australian Government.

Ultimately the CCP greatest priority is our customers and team members feeling safe and secure whilst at work. And whilst visiting our venue and/or enjoying CCP catering.

Updates to existing Procedures

We have added the following changes to our existing procedures:

• Everyone, including customers and team members, has easy access to health stations with sanitiser.
• We have changed to remove as many self serve items as possible. Please ask one of our team members if you require cutlery and other items. Or bring your own.
• Increased cleaning of menus, surfaces and throughout the refectory.

Furthermore, all public areas, as well as back-of-house, are regularly and thoroughly cleaned to the highest standards. Overall paying special attention to high-touch areas such as door handles, etc.

Plus ongoing training has been put in place to ensure team members are prepared. Plus management and team members are kept up to date with the latest information.
